Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1,000,000 fee and one-year collection deadline for reissued securities practising certificates

The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee to complete procedures for the re-issuance of securities practising certificates, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and may be paid either by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or directly at the Commission. Payment instructions require the transfer narrative to include the recipient’s name and their identity document or passport number. If the certificate holder does not complete the process to receive the reissued certificate within one year from the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that had been granted.
