The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has warned users of the Exmix Co., Ltd. digital asset platform to withdraw or transfer their assets before 2 May 2026, when access to the platform is scheduled to be blocked. Exmix is not licensed to operate a digital asset business, and the block will leave the public unable to access the platform. The move follows powers granted to the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society under the 2025 technology-related crimes decree to block unlicensed digital asset trading platforms. The SEC submitted information on Exmix and its websites to the ministry on 2 April 2026, triggering the planned access restriction. The regulator also urged investors to be cautious when using unlicensed digital asset businesses and to verify whether operators are licensed through its public registers and alert channels.
