The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced that it will hold a mobile public reception in Barda district as part of its initiatives to strengthen the protection of the rights of financial services consumers and investors. Central bank representatives will review and respond to citizens’ applications related to financial services and provide the necessary support during the reception. The reception is scheduled for 4 February 2026 and is intended to cover residents of the Tartar, Aghjabadi, Aghdam, Agdere, Fuzuli, Khojavend, Khojaly, Shusha, Khankendi and Barda administrative districts. Requests for the reception can be submitted via the Central Bank’s hotline and WhatsApp channel.
