The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission has granted an additional 25% reduction in corporate document request fees, effective June 1. The cut applies to physical and digital copies of company filings and follows the 50% fee reduction introduced in 2025. Physical authenticated copies of specified company filings will cost PHP 750, down from PHP 1,000, while plain copies will cost PHP 565, down from PHP 750. Digital authenticated and plain copies available through eSEARCH will cost PHP 470 and PHP 280, respectively. Charges for other documents will fall to PHP 35 per page for authenticated copies and PHP 20 per page for plain copies, while SEC API Marketplace rates will remain unchanged.
