Concluded cases recovered MXN 16.5 million for users, while 49.5% of complaints had a user-favorable outcome. Multiple banking accounted for 57.6% of complaints, followed by insurers at 13.1% and nonregulated multiple-purpose financial companies at 11.5%. Credit cards, debit cards and personal loans were linked to 64.2% of complaints, while 24.3% of all cases involved potential fraud through unrecognized purchases or electronic transfers. Electronic case management was used for 63.2% of complaints, and 18.6% involved improper debt collection practices.
