The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals listed in an attached annex to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the licensing procedure. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector as applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank, or in person at the Commission; payment details should identify the certificate holder, identification document number and type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.
