The Financial Inclusion Technical thematic groups, co-chaired by the Palestine Capital Market Authority (PCMA) and the Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA), met to review progress under the National Financial Inclusion Strategy and to set up next steps for implementation. The meeting covered recent developments and key achievements under the strategy, alongside discussion of decisions issued by the National Financial Inclusion Committee and the mechanisms to follow up and implement them. Participants also began developing a new 2026–2028 action plan, aimed at expanding the base of beneficiaries and strengthening innovation in digital financial services.
