The licensed entity is Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank (a Co., Ltd. headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan), with capital of approximately NT$143.3 billion and established in April 1969. The Tokyo Branch is planned to be located on the 27th floor of TOKYO TORCH Tokiwabashi Tower in Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, and will provide banking services for corporate and individual customers; the branch representative is Akimasa Tanimura and staffing is planned at 19 employees. The branch is scheduled to commence business on 8 April 2026.
