The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that BAO Capital Partners Ltd, the external manager of EUROPEAN FIFC FUND II RAIF L.P., has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the fund, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF). Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the RAIF will remain listed in CySEC’s RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the process is completed and all required documents have been submitted to CySEC.
