The National Bank of Moldova is supporting the second Romania-Moldova Economic Forum, organized by the European Federation of Women in Business in Chișinău on Sept. 17, 2026. The forum will bring together public authorities, financial institutions, business groups and companies to pursue investment opportunities and economic partnerships between the two countries. Discussions will focus on access to finance, cross-border investment, small and medium-sized enterprise development, public-private partnerships and companies’ role in Moldova’s European integration. National Bank of Moldova Governor Anca Dragu will open the event and has emphasized that financial stability, predictable policies, digital transformation and innovation are central to attracting capital and connecting Moldova more closely with the European single market.
