The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) has imposed 18 administrative penalties totalling CAD 25,000 on Avraj Singh Dulay. FSRA found that Dulay fabricated documents connected to several property purchase transactions, contrary to section 43(2) of the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006. Dulay also caused his brokerage to fail to maintain required records, contrary to section 3 of Ontario Regulation 187/08 and section 48 of Ontario Regulation 188/08. The order was issued following a settlement with Dulay.
