The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued a joint warning about operators offering, in France, investments in the unregulated foreign exchange market (Forex) and derivatives whose underlying is crypto-assets without being authorised. Their blacklists of unauthorised websites have been updated, with 43 Forex sites and 23 crypto-asset derivatives sites added since the start of 2025. Recently identified Forex domains include aekcapital.ltd, argusinterfx.com, atinvesting212.co, cap10-wallet.com, finprofm.com, finvestai.org, guru4invest.com, pocketoption.fr, profindit.pro, provise24.com, skylinefx.co, www.aurolonix.com and www.vivagopro.com. The authorities noted that the blacklists, published via Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service and the AMF’s investor pages, are frequently updated but not exhaustive, and encouraged investors to verify an intermediary’s authorisation via the REGAFI register, ORIAS (for financial investment advisers), or the AMF register for crowdfunding service providers.
