The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority’s Committee for the Establishment and Licensing of Companies approved the incorporation of two new entities under its supervision, covering real estate fund activity and financial investments activity linked to securities issuance. The approvals cover Emtelak Real Estate Projects Fund Company, established to operate as a real estate investment fund, and Fawry Holding for Financial Investments, established to participate in the incorporation of companies that issue securities and in capital increases.
