The thematic section will examine the development of Central Africa’s regional financial market through four linked priorities: market growth, governance, savings mobilization and investor protection. Proposed articles may address financial instrument innovation, collective investment schemes, long-term savings, financial education and fraud prevention. Other topics include intermediary transparency, risk governance, financial reporting, market abuse, minority shareholder protection and investor redress. Market professionals, authorities, academics, researchers, and legal and financial experts may submit articles of up to 2,000 words by Sept. 15, 2026, with final editorial decisions due by Sept. 30.
