The Central Bank of Montenegro has reminded businesses, entrepreneurs, institutions and other users that its ePortal allows requests to be submitted electronically and certificates, extracts, overviews and reports to be obtained from the Enforced Collection System and the Central Register of Transaction Accounts of Legal Entities and Entrepreneurs. The notice is linked to the ongoing digitalisation of the Central Register of Business Entities and highlights that documentation can be obtained without visiting a counter. Available services include, for legal entities and entrepreneurs, certificates on the number of days an account has been blocked for a specified date or period. Judgment debtors can also request certificates on total outstanding liabilities to enforcement creditors, as well as overviews of executed blocking orders and of unexecuted and partially executed blocking orders. Judgment creditors can obtain a certificate on the priority order of their claims in the priority register. Electronic certificates, extracts, overviews and reports cost EUR 1.00 per document, access requires a qualified digital certificate, and a user guide is available on the Central Bank of Montenegro website.
