The Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s Board approved the prospectus of Eurobank Société Anonyme for the initial admission to trading of all the company’s shares in the Main Category of the regulated market of the Athens Stock Exchange. It also expanded the alternative investment fund manager authorisation of Triton Asset Management Mutual Fund Management Société Anonyme to cover additional strategies, and revoked the authorisation of Index Securities S.A. following the company’s request. The AIFM authorisation extension was granted under Law 4209/2013 and adds strategies within the scope of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 231/2013. The revocation of Index Securities’ authorisation was made under Article 8(1)(a) of Law 4514/2018.
