The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market reported on a regular meeting at which it considered 57 agenda items across multiple areas of its work. The update points to a broad package of decisions and reviews rather than a single headline measure, with the agenda spanning regulatory framework changes, depository activity, market participant reporting, financial monitoring, sanctions policy and the work of professional participants in the capital markets. A separate part of the agenda focused on market operations. This included registration of corporate bond and share issues, matters relating to collective investment institutions, and approvals for heads and other officials of asset management companies. The commission indicated that the full list of adopted decisions is available separately.
