The notice highlights that the stated address combines two different addresses and that there is no 5th floor at 60 Athol Street, Douglas. The Authority has established no genuine association between the purported entity and legitimate Isle of Man companies, and the occupiers of the referenced address confirmed they have no connection with the website or its offerings; the website also appears to be a partial clone of another genuine UK company. The Authority warns the site may be linked to fraud or attempts to obtain personal data for identity theft and advises anyone already dealing with it to consider notifying their local police, while directing consumers to official registers to verify incorporated companies and authorised entities.
