The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund and the Chartered Insurance Institute signed a strategic cooperation memorandum covering professional development in the insurance sector. The agreement establishes a framework for sharing professional knowledge and experience and implementing joint educational and information initiatives. The memorandum followed a meeting between Agency Deputy Chair Nurzhan Tursynkhanov and Chartered Insurance Institute Chief Executive Matthew Hill at the Kazakhstan Insurance Forum 2026. The cooperation is intended to support internationally aligned training and professional competencies in Kazakhstan’s insurance market. The Chartered Insurance Institute is a U.K. professional body that develops standards and provides education and internationally recognized certification in insurance, risk management and financial services.
