Peru's Superintendency of the Securities Market has published on the National Open Data Portal information on material events and the shareholding composition of supervised companies that have been reported to the authority. The release forms part of the authority's participation in the 2026 International Recognition in Open Data initiative and gives the public and investors access to the data in a standard format. The published dataset covers a time series from 2000 to the present. The authority framed the publication as part of its role in securities market supervision and its mandate to promote transparency, while supporting broader efforts to expand the availability and strategic use of open data. The authority also invited interested users to make use of the published data to develop new applications and services.
