The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority has opened a representation office at the Investors Services Center in Alexandria’s Amreya Free Zone, its first office outside Cairo. The office will initially receive applications related to corporate financing procedures, including capital increases and follow-up matters, with additional services planned over time. The opening begins a broader regional expansion intended to give investors and regulated market participants easier access to the authority’s services through physical offices alongside digital channels. The expansion framework also provides for a branch in the New Administrative Capital’s financial district and representation offices in Suez and Qena.
