The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan has re-registered and issued an insurance licence to Bima following a change of the company’s name from Bima Insurance Organization LLC to Bima Insurance and Reinsurance Organization LLC. The licence authorises insurance activity in accordance with the agreed rules for the relevant classes of insurance. The previous licence issued to Bima Insurance Organization LLC for insurance activity, granted by the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan under decision No. 47 of 9 October 2024, was declared invalid.
