The Financial Action Task Force of Latin America (GAFILAT) has opened its CAMPUS GAFILAT e-learning platform to the general public, offering a set of free courses linked to the International Day of Prevention Against Money Laundering on 29 October. Registration is available until 2 November and is open to stakeholders from GAFILAT member countries, the FATF Global Network and other interested audiences. The catalogue includes courses on regional threats related to anti-money laundering in Latin America (Spanish), virtual assets and virtual asset service providers (Spanish and English), GAFILAT regional money laundering and terrorist financing typologies for 2021–2022 (new), and a comprehensive course on the 40 FATF Recommendations and an introduction to the evaluation methodology updated for the FATF fifth round (new). The courses are self-guided and asynchronous, provided at no cost, with access to the content available between 15 November and 14 February 2025.
