The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has authorized Bitcoin Suisse Europe AG in Vaduz as a crypto-asset service provider under Article 63 of the European Union Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation. The authorization has applied since June 22, 2026. The license covers custody and management of crypto-assets for clients, exchange of crypto-assets for money and for other crypto-assets, execution of crypto-asset orders on behalf of clients, receipt and transmission of such orders, and transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.

The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has authorized Bitcoin Suisse Europe AG as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCAR, effective June 22, 2026. The license covers custody, exchange, order execution, order transmission and crypto-asset transfer services for clients.
