The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has published an invitation from the Cyprus Investors Compensation Fund for suitably qualified financial institutions to express interest in providing execution and custody services for the fund's investments in government bonds and treasuries. The exercise is aimed at selecting providers for the fund's investment operations in those assets. Interested institutions may request request-for-proposal documentation covering the technical and commercial information needed to submit a proposal. The documentation will include a pricing template, an operational questionnaire and other required information. Completed proposals must be submitted by 31 July 2026 in line with the RFP instructions. The fund has reserved the right to accept or reject any proposal, seek additional information or clarifications, and terminate or amend the process at any stage without liability or obligation to interested parties.
