For crypto-asset derivatives: aisavingexperts.com, arlequininvest.io, www.avaxmarkets.com, www.forceduprofit.com, www.fbsprov.com, www.main-btc.com, www.mypolar-x.com, www.pexotera.com, smartmarket26.com, trademastercfd.com, tradeopol.com, vaulttrade.org, vegacapital.pro. Since the start of 2024, the AMF and ACPR have added 51 unauthorised sites in the Forex category and 50 in the crypto-asset derivatives category. The authorities noted that the blacklists are updated frequently but are not exhaustive, and pointed investors to official registers to verify whether an intermediary is authorised to operate in France.
