The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has appointed Mark Steward as its Chief Executive, replacing Ian Johnston. Steward has served as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Australian Law Reform Commission since 2022 and previously held senior roles at the United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority, including Executive Director of Enforcement and Market Oversight.
