The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority has issued a warning notice stating that Marella LLC, trading as Changelly, is not registered, licensed or authorised to conduct virtual asset business in or from within St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It also said any representation that the entity is registered, licensed, regulated or otherwise authorised in the jurisdiction is false and misleading. According to the authority, Marella LLC was cancelled on 25 July 2025 and has not been restored to the Register of Limited Liability Companies, meaning it has no legal status in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The authority said it has received information indicating that the entity is engaging in activities that fall within the definition of Virtual Asset Business under the Virtual Asset Business Act, No. 9 of 2022, but that it is not registered as a Virtual Asset Business and has not applied for such registration.
