The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has appointed Laura Vedder assistant vice president in Treasury Services. She will oversee the division’s compliance and risk program, including vendor management and Treasury specific compliance, as well as organizational change management, communications and related leadership activities. Vedder joined the bank in 2024 as director of procurement and vendor management in the Risk and Compliance Division. Her previous roles include assistant director for contracts and procurement at the Metropolitan Council, general counsel to two federally recognized American Indian tribes and prosecutor.
