The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted amendments to its rules on property management activities used to finance construction projects and/or real estate transactions, and approved changes addressing how central counterparty clearing institutions may combine clearing with the depository activities of a depository institution. It also considered a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution on forming and maintaining a database for electronic reporting by public-sector business entities. On licensing and registrations, the Commission issued asset management licenses for institutional investors to LLC 'AMC INVESTWISE' and LLC 'AMC RENOVATION'. It registered investment-certificate prospectuses and issuances for ZNVPIF 'SKY INVEST' and ZNVPIF 'VECTOR PLUS' (managed by LLC 'AMC PATRIOT'), registered share issues and related prospectuses for JSC 'ZNVCIF THALASSA' and JSC 'ZNVCIF BRASSELS', and approved the draft charter and initial share issuance registration for JSC 'ZNVCIF BOHUSLAV INVEST' to form its initial authorised capital. The Commission also cancelled the registration of certain investment-certificate issues and prospectuses and removed the Non-Entrepreneurial Society Open NPF 'DNISTER' from the register of non-state pension funds.
