The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached appendix to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the certification process. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts or paid directly at the Commission, with the payment description identifying the certificate holder, identification document number and certificate type. If the certificate holder does not complete procedures to collect the certificate within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the issued securities practice certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1,000,000 fee and one-year pickup deadline for securities practice certificates
