Rosa (Laguna), Inc. to change its corporate name to Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., doing business under the name and style of Salmon Bank (Rural Bank), and noted that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the bank’s amended articles of incorporation and by-laws reflecting the new name.
