The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine published a package of decisions spanning rulemaking, supervision, registration and internal governance, led by the adoption of a Regulation on insider information and its disclosure on capital markets. It also approved the commission's implementation plan under Ukraine's programme for aligning legislation with the European Union acquis and cleared draft commission resolutions that would set indicative lists of issuers' legitimate interests and of information whose disclosure is reasonably expected or required under Article 133-1 of the Law on Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets. Other measures include approval of an order to create an advisory coordinating council on corporate governance, changes to the membership of the commission's committee for supervision and control of capital markets and organized commodity markets, and approval of a selection commission for its authorized persons. The package also includes case-specific permissions for securities operations and a depository account closure, registration or approval of share and bond issuances and prospectus supplements for AMADEI, ten additional investment fund issuers, ULF-FINANCE, NovaPay Credit, EXIMLEASING and Centravis Production Ukraine, cancellation of registrations linked to Solar Invest, Bavaria Motors and Technokom, confirmation that Investment House AMC meets Cabinet Resolution No. 76 criteria, and approval of multiple risk, compliance and internal audit appointments at professional market participants.
