Argentina Superintendency of Insurance sets 2025 annual fees for insurance producers at ARS 25,000 and Agentes Institorios at ARS 160,000

The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance (SSN) has set the 2025 annual registration and operating fees for Productores Asesores de Seguros (PAS), PAS companies, and Agentes Institorios, including payment deadlines and late-payment surcharges. For individual PAS, the 2025 annual registration fee is ARS 25,000, while voluntary suspension requires ARS 4,000 to maintain registration in the PAS register. Payments are due by 30 April 2025, with a 50% surcharge applied to payments made from 1 May 2025 to 31 December 2025 and a 100% surcharge from 1 January 2026; payment must be made via the REPAS system. PAS companies must pay an annual fixed registration fee by 30 April, with a 50% penalty for late payment and a 100% penalty if not paid before 1 January of the following year; the payment slip is generated via e-RECAUDA. For Agentes Institorios, the 2025 annual operating fee is ARS 160,000, due by 30 April 2025; late payments incur a 50% surcharge (ARS 240,000) until 31 December, and a 100% surcharge from 1 January 2026 based on the fee in force at the time of payment, with payment generated through the eRecauda system (or via an electronic payment voucher when accessing with a tax key).
