The Financial Markets Standards Board (FMSB) has added regulatory technology firm Droit as an Associate Member, expanding the expertise available for its standards and good practice work in wholesale financial markets. Droit will join the FMSB Conduct & Ethics Committee. The committee has established a working group to examine unauthorised trading and develop good practice guidance, including the potential role of technology in strengthening trading controls. Droit said it will contribute its expertise in real-time trading controls and computational law and regulation tools designed to help firms prevent and detect non-compliant trades.
