The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority determined that AF Asset Management AG’s licence as an asset management company expired as of 13 May 2025, following the firm’s written waiver of the authorisation. As a result, AF Asset Management AG is no longer authorised to provide or broker services under Article 3 of the VVG. The licence had originally been granted on 21 December 2006, and the expiry was determined pursuant to Article 30(1)(a) VVG.
