The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan reported on discussions with JISPA representatives on expanding cooperation and strengthening the professional capacity of the country’s banking specialists. The parties considered increasing participation by the central bank’s young professionals and extending cooperation in executive education, research, policy dialogue and institutional capacity development. The talks took place as the central bank implements institutional reforms covering monetary policy, banking regulation and supervision aligned with international standards, macroeconomic and financial sector analysis, digitalization, governance and risk management. Both sides expressed readiness to pursue long-term cooperation on human capital development and stronger financial institutions in Tajikistan.
