The Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved Euronext N.V.’s request to revise its optional public offer to shareholders of Hellenic Exchanges – Athens Stock Exchange S.A. The revision lowers the minimum number of shares required for the offer to be valid from 38,759,500 to 28,925,001 shares, corresponding to 50% plus one share of the company’s total voting rights that are not suspended, in line with Article 21 of Law 3461/2006.
