France's Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued a joint warning about several actors offering investments in the unregulated foreign exchange (Forex) market and derivatives referencing crypto-assets in France without authorisation, and updated their blacklists of unauthorised websites. Since the start of 2025, the authorities have added 30 websites in the Forex category and 13 in the crypto-asset derivatives category. The newly identified unauthorised Forex sites listed are cni-group.net, dkgloballtd.com, icmswisscs.com, innvester.com, invest.livaxxen.org, invest.luxtious.net, lynxmarket.org, market.livaxxen.org, profinus.cc, profititerra.co, safe-horizon.net, tether-group.com, vex-group.pro, www.fxnovus.com and xevago.com. The newly identified unauthorised crypto-asset derivatives sites listed are alpine-vista.com, divorion.com, ibc-cpt.org, lwex.com and www.algexia.pro. The AMF and ACPR noted that their blacklists are updated frequently but are not exhaustive. Investors are encouraged to verify that an intermediary is authorised to operate in France by checking the relevant public registers, including REGAFI for investment services providers and ORIAS for financial investment advisers, and to avoid responding to solicitations from entities that do not appear on these lists.
