The Ghana National Insurance Commission, through Acting Commissioner of Insurance Dr Abiba Zakariah, used the Ghana Insurance College’s 18th graduation ceremony to urge new graduates entering the insurance sector to prioritise integrity, hard work, continuous innovation and adaptation to technological change. She also announced a joint NIC–Ghana Insurance College initiative to establish campus demonstrative centres at the University of Ghana. The planned centres are intended to give students practical experience in insurance product design, incorporating technology to address emerging market needs. Graduates from the 2024/2025 academic year received Diplomas in Applied Insurance Studies, Advanced Diplomas in Insurance and Certificates in Insurance.
