The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) issued an investor warning and updated its blacklist of unauthorised operators, identifying additional websites offering crypto-assets or digital asset services illegally in France. It reiterated that the blacklist is updated frequently but is not intended to be exhaustive given the regular emergence of new unauthorised or fraudulent actors. The newly identified sites are swapalrex.com, blofin.com, immediatefolex.com, immediateevista.app, mubassa.com, repubblicait5.com/?_lp, bitcoin-prime.net, gpt-definity.com and tradeeurax.com. Since 5 June 2024, the AMF has added 34 names to its list of non-authorised crypto-asset websites. The consolidated blacklist is available on the AMF website and on the Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service (ABEIS) portal, while the AMF’s whitelist of registered/authorised digital asset service providers is intended to help users check whether a provider is permitted to operate in France.
