The Central Bank of Egypt’s Board of Directors has approved a six-month extension to the grace period for auditors and their affiliated accounting firms listed in the CBE’s register to regularize their status. The extension follows the expiry of the previous grace period on 20 May 2025 under the CBE’s terms and conditions governing the listing and delisting of auditors and accounting firms in the CBE register, and it now runs until 20 November 2025.

The Central Bank of Egypt has extended the grace period for auditors and affiliated accounting firms in its register by six months, now ending on 20 November 2025. This follows the expiration of the previous grace period on 20 May 2025.
