The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine considered 62 regulatory and market development matters, including measures related to European integration, financial competencies for businesses and corporate bond issuance. It approved a financial competency framework for entrepreneurs and micro and small businesses, as well as briefs on draft legislation covering out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, implementation of European anti-tax avoidance rules and the involvement of a strategic foreign investor in Ukraine’s capital markets infrastructure. The commission also registered corporate bond issuance reports from First Ukrainian Oil and Gas Company, NovaPay Credit and financial company UNIT. It considered Activitis financial company’s Series C corporate bond issue and base prospectus, alongside matters involving professional market participants, investment funds, share issues, clearing and other regulatory decisions.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine reviewed 62 matters and approved a financial competency framework for entrepreneurs and smaller businesses. It also advanced work on EU-related draft legislation and handled several corporate bond issuance and registration matters.
