The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Clearing and Risk has issued a staff advisory on the compliance date for amended daily reporting requirements for registered derivatives clearing organizations. Although the amended requirements were set to have a compliance date of February 10, 2025, staff will not expect any derivatives clearing organization to comply with the amended requirements until December 1, 2025, provided the organization continues to comply with the prior version of the requirements.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Clearing and Risk has issued a staff advisory delaying the compliance date for amended daily reporting requirements for registered derivatives clearing organizations. Originally set for February 10, 2025, compliance is now expected by December 1, 2025, if organizations adhere to the prior requirements in the interim.
