Poland's Ministry of Finance said Finance and Economy Minister Andrzej Domański met ministers from the six largest European Union economies in Berlin, where the group issued a joint statement on the MISP package. The statement sets out the shared position of the finance ministers of France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain and identifies six priority areas intended to accelerate work on the capital markets union. The discussions covered the MISP package, which is aimed at removing barriers and unlocking the full potential of the European Union single market for financial services.
