The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issued a sanctions update noting that the Isle of Man Treasury’s Customs and Immigration Division has published new and updated information across a range of financial sanctions regimes, with details available via news releases on the Isle of Man Government website. The updates relate to Belarus, ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida, Counter-Terrorism (Domestic), Global Anti-Corruption, Global Human Rights, Iran, Russia and Syria. The Authority also pointed firms to the Treasury’s Sanctions and Export Control webpage for copies of current sanctions notices and highlighted subscription options for ongoing updates, including an RSS feed and the UK Treasury’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation email alert service.
