The newly added projects are “Chykalov.pro.Invest” (https://chykalovproinvest.in.ua/), “OnlySuccessAllowed” (https://onlysuccessallowed.com/), and “YourFinancesSecured” (https://yourfinancessecured.com/ru). The Commission noted that a dubious investment project can involve unfair solicitation of investor funds or assets, including where there are no licences, limited transparency about organisers, insufficient documentation and oversight, aggressive marketing, promises of ultra-high returns, or concealed risks; the list is published on the Commission’s website under the “Protection of Investors’ Rights” section.
