The Central Bank of the Philippines issued a circular letter requiring non-bank financial institutions with quasi-banking functions and/or trust entities and trust corporations to publish or post their Statement of Condition (SOC) and, where applicable, consolidated SOC side-by-side, or balance sheet as of 31 March 2025. Publication must be in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or province of the institution’s principal office, or, if none is available, in a newspaper published in Metro Manila or the nearest city or province, within 20 working days from the date of the circular letter. Institutions must also submit scanned PDF copies of the SOC and/or consolidated SOC or balance sheet within the same 20-working-day period, and provide scanned copies of the published version together with the publisher’s certificate within five working days from the date of publication.
