The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye has set the order for liquidating funds established by A1 Capital Portfolio Management, Bulls Portfolio Management and Pardus Portfolio Management under its Sept. 17 decisions. Liquidation will begin with funds whose names include “money market,” proceeding from those with the most investors to those with the fewest. Funds outside the liquidation scope whose trading was suspended on TEFAS and other distribution channels may reopen for purchases and redemptions across all channels simultaneously after the liquidation process is completed. The relevant portfolio manager will determine the reopening date and dealing terms based on portfolio composition, liquidity, market conditions and investor interests. However, the bank handling the liquidation may reopen suspended, non-liquidating funds that conducted capital market transactions with funds in liquidation without waiting for the process to finish.
