The Chile Financial Market Commission (CMF) has approved Credicorp Capital Asset Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos’ request to change the liquidator of the Táctico Perú and Facturas USD Redeemable Investment Funds, replacing Sartor AGF, which is currently under liquidation, with Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. Credicorp, described as the sole contributor to both funds, submitted the request on 1 April 2025 and asked that Ameris be granted the necessary powers to liquidate the funds’ assets and comply with the Single Fund Act. The CMF cited Credicorp’s sole-contributor status as an exceptional circumstance allowing it to approve the change on an extraordinary basis (via Exempt Resolution No. 2,964 of 2025), and appointed Ameris as a CMF delegate under Article 26(B) of the Single Fund Act with the faculties contemplated in Article 26. Ameris takes over upon notification of the resolution and acceptance of the position, and must submit a report to the CMF at the end of its mandate, with interim reports if requested.
